SVP, Head of Client Services

Arlene Armenteros is The Story Room’s new Senior Executive Vice President, Head of Client Services who leads the agency’s multinational client roster and manages the entire account services team across 3 countries.

Arlene is a seasoned, award-winning digital marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience working both on the agency and brand side of the marketing business in both traditional media and digital and social media. With direct client experience in the general market, US Hispanic and Latin America markets, she comes to The Story Room with an impressive background having spent 8 years as Marketing Director at VISA for the Latin America region leading numerous integrated digital programs for iconic properties like the World Cup. Prior to that, she spent 15 years at several global agencies in NY, Buenos Aires and Miami such as Grey, Leo Burnett, Ogilvy, Y&R’s Bravo Group, and others handling major brands such as Kraft, AT&T, American Express, Telefonica and Sony International.

Most recently, Arlene was at digital marketing agency Nobox as Vice President, Director of Client services, where she built the client services team that oversaw key accounts such as PlayStation, Microsoft, Netflix Latin America, and Microsoft among others.

A true globetrotter, Arlene has lived and worked in New York, Mexico, Miami, Madrid, and Buenos Aires providing her a robust personal experience in several cultures and markets alike. Arlene’s passion for the consumer mixed with her keen understanding of the essence of the multicultural market are a recipe for client satisfaction. Arlene is also very serious about fitness and nutrition and pushes herself in the gym as hard as she fights for innovation, great work and new ideas for her client. A second-generation Cuban-American, she is based in Miami, married to another advertising leader, an Argentine creative director with whom she has a 15-year-old son.

Arlene is based in Miami and reports to CEO Antoinette Zel.
